Hors d’oeuvre Descriptions

  • Assorted Crustini: Cheese & onion souffles, pesto & sundried tomato, toasted on fresh French bread bagette rounds
  • Assorted DimSum:  A variety of potstickers, spring rolls, shaomai and cho sui boa
  • Assorted Miniature Buns: Miniature honey glazed egg buns filled with sliced breast of Turkey, choice top round Roast beef and Danish Ham dressed with a Dijon cream sauce
  • Bruschetta: Toast rounds brushed with extra virgin olive oil, topped with a roma tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil and red onion mixture
  • California Roll Sushi:  Crabmeat, avocado & steamed rice wrapped in seaweed served with soy sauce and Japanese horseradish
  • California Crab Puffs: Crab salad, avocado & wasabi in a puff pastry shell
